The customer service rep used my video and my description of the problem and determined a crank shaft problem and offered to send replacement parts. My favorites, like peloton app, better replicate the feel of being in a studio and offer more specific guidance as to how hard i should work during each part of the class. I don't love the instructors, the pedals are hard to clip in and out (they eventually loosen but then you need a screw driver to tighten back.
