Customer service is really important and like you sometimes, i barrage suppliers/online sellers questions and complaints through emails simply because they do not have proper customer service contacts. I was convinced that converge service was poor and i was insisting to the poor customer service agent that converge is having so many outages! Connectivity in north and central luzon has been restored for residential and corporate clients.
